Description
This fairytale is about a Chinese Emperor who meets a nightingale and loves it’s beautiful singing. 💖 In fact, he loves it so much, he asks his servants to make a beautiful, mechanical, golden nightingale to sing for him. 👑 But one day, it breaks and the emperor becomes depressed and sick, because he misses its singing (strange, but that’s the story). He almost dies and can be seen taken by the Grim Reaper in this fairytale, using Pepper’s Ghost. But thankfully, just as the Grim Reaper is about to take him to the underworld, the nightingale returns and sings for emperor, healing his sickness and depression, which causes the Grim Reaper to leave. In some versions, the nightingale calms the reaper down and he agrees to leave, because the nightingale can make the emperor feel rejuvenated again; in other versions like the Efteling fairytale, he just scares him away with his singing. The animatronics and effects are really good, although the animatronics of his servants looking through the door might be missing sometimes, because they don’t always work properly.
