Description

This was supposed to be some kind of practice, see how the jacket would act in a pose where it’s front and center but with her shoulders higher. Instead it just became sort of a cluster fuck. I also had a lot of problems getting her to actually look and feel like Dala, beyond the obvious bits like her color palette and cutiemark. Something still feels off and the jacket is still a mess, but I managed to fix a whole bunch of things that went wrong. I was close to posting an inferior version just to finish it but I couldn’t handle it heh.
If the art-gods are good to me, maybe I’ll be able to give this another go soon and maybe even make a proper jacket design and reference. Give it consistency and such. We’ll see.
