Finally something new! This is the never ending project of mine since 2009 I think.. And here's the first sneak peek.

Actually, Even though I've been working with this animation project of mine since a very long time ago, it wasn't until a few months ago when I got extra RAM (8gb as of now) when it really started to look this good. Details have a painfully great appetite for memory... especially at this scale! The whole track (about 3 kilometers long) is being modeled with similar precision to this render. When it's done, I'll find a way to animate this thing properly... (any render farms available anyone?)

Anyway, It has been a long journey and it's still in early stages. So please consider this when commenting. ^^

Rendering took about 1h 30min with a laptop that has a double-core Intel i5 in it. I really need to invest to a decent desktop PC...

As always, software used: 3ds Max & Vray for modeling & rendering. Photoshop for textures.
