Well they did team up for a while in Gotham City Sirens (the first volume was good, but not after that). so yeah, they make a pretty good team.
I got a copy of Btaman Inc issue 1 and had to laugh when I saw Catwoman admiring a diamond just like that. made me think of your drawing.
