And it's still not allowing me to submit for prints, so I don't know. I guess I have to have it an actual size or something

For prints, they need to be certain sizes, and you can't submit anything that isn't completely yours as a print. Which means I don't think you can submit your cards as prints because of the Zelda that's in it.

It doesn't reject it when I try or anything. It just never shows up as available for a print. Is that the same thing?

It could be the same thing. Did you read the rules for submitting prints? It might be able to tell you in there.
