Goldie - The Perfect Woman. Or not.Like I mentioned before, I watched Sin City the other week. It's all about women in the end, isn't it. I was fascinated by them in the film and the casting was quite alright as well. So these drawings of mine were inspired by the actresses from the movie, not by original characters. I'm not an expert on this comic series so I wouldn't even know.

It was fun to do. I used a totally different style to colour it - a separate paper I coloured from the backside.

Hi hi. Yes, I usually flick through magazines and such to find interesting postures and start from there. I've always been interested in drawing people, especially ladies. It all comes from my fashion design background I think. And then I just design them new clothes, faces, hair and all that gear. It's like playing with paper dolls really.

Oh thanks! It was fun to colour in. I think it looks even better in nature. Now the amount of layers is eating away its roughness/sparkliness.

This one was made with loads of layers. The colours are on a different one than the figure and the background on yet another as well. It gives me a feeling of movement whereas her pose is quite still.

in the movie it was in messy whorry tangles but i prefer this. this is how my hair will look one day, yes yes.
