[please full view]like whoa i didnt think that the pic would turn out so well xD
well the reason i wanted to draw latias was because she seemed so friggin cool in the pokmon movie "heros" and i loved the underwater scenes and stuff it was like rarr xD theres some parts i don't like of the pic T_T like i forgot to draw the other ear of latias, yea stupid mistake, and i made her wings small but it seems right i guess
if ur wondering how i did the water i used an actual pic of the ocean and played with it
and the pic is quite bigger then this but it look a bit crappy xD!

I love looking at Pokemon Fanart and this picture of Latias is just absolutely gorgeous, especially the underwater lighting. She was so difficult to catch in Pokemon Emerald though. =/

well, for the water effect i used an actual pic of the ocean and played with it, the lights coming from the top, what i did was i drew a white line and then used the smug tool, then the water streaks i did the same on latais. i dont know if i can explain it anybetter
