Hmm...this is either Elladan or Elrohir (one of Elrond's twin sons), drawn for . Not my best work ( I couldn't find a decent pic to use for reference
) but I hope she still likes it.

Elladan and Elrohir went home in the evening before the Council. So they could have been at the Council.

ITS NOT THE SON OF ELROND!!! iv found a real picy of them. and this picture is either AFigwit, or Fealon. the twins were riding off from or to lorien at the time of the council. so they werent there. figwit, fealon, and erestor were there however. i came rattle off a few others whom were there in the elvin species. umm, ill show you the site that shows most of the non-veiwed elves. the ones that didnt make it into the movie are posted here. T_Tu just ask and ill give. wonderful pic non the less.
