Interesting fins. You don't usually think of mermaids with "wings", but they make sense, seeing how fish have fins all over their bodies, not just tails. Oh, and they're beautiful, btw.
(I might have made her face a little more shadowed, since you do such a good job with the light coming from above and filtering through the water.)
Really like the flow of her hair and the way it twists around in the water.
