Not for the faint hearted . The Leopard jumped from a tree onto the Impala just as we were approaching it. By the time my driver got to it, it was all ready wrestling it to the ground. Here you can see the leopard holding the impala's mouth closed whilst suffocating it with it's claw. I stayed with ti another 3 hours and then the following morning getting as close as 2m from it.Personally I don't think it is of an adult nature as it is a life cycle but I'm sure someone will report itΒ

That is really quite stunning. Grim of course, for the impala. Was he still alive when this picture was taken? Intense eyes on the leopard too, really an 'intense' photo is the only word that comes to mind.

I can't imagine this being reported. There's no blood or guts or whatever. I've seen way worse and they haven't been reported, so I wouldn't be afraid of that. Have other photos of yours been reported and/or removed?

Wild life shots like this should never be censored on the contrary young people should know where their food comes from.
Once I killed a rabbit on a farm for lunch and my 4 year old nephew wanted to watch everything from the killing to the table.Β
He said nothing until we sat down.
At the table he said "Would you like to be eaten?"
Something most people don't think about when they eat meat!

Correct. Yet people still think it's ridiculous that people decide to not eat animals. People will get upset over this but eat meat, but I don't eat animal products and I can see this and not be angered because it's how life works in the wilderness. Upside down world we live in.

Until you mentioned the suffocating part, the paw under it's head and the improvised CPR made me think of Within Temptation's lyrics "Don't you die on me, you haven't made your peace, breathe, BREATHE!"
