It is a shame. There were things I wished that they did for that show that could have made it better mind you, but it was still fun to watch. As for the official canon for it, there are a few things that I disagree with but then again not seeing it doesn't help me get used to it nor do we know what lead to those certain things exactly.

I would be fine with that, but only after an episode where Maria is jealous of Rodolfo hanging out with a female superhero along with her getting over her whole "danger" complex; I get Maria was worried but she did nothing about it so him and Manny always being in danger because she never took charge or put her foot down in the first place.
Also, I would have preferred Manny and Zoe getting together instead of Manny and Frida

True, but she should have done that a long time ago. If anything, she could have asked Rodolfo to give up being White Pantera for a while to raise Manny (but its not like that stopped him from being a father to him the first place mind you) or ask him to take it down a notch or not go out as often as White Pantera; I don't add the option of him giving it up completely because that is/was almost impossible, especially since there weren't any other heroes in Miracle City in the first place.
Also, looking at the show now, I think I would prefer Manny on the side of villainy instead of being a hero.

But what I seen in the men of the Rivera Family they are Men of Impulse problems

I see him as that too, but if given the option right now, I would prefer him a villain; heroes, with the exception of Seventh Samurai, Cyber Sumo, and White Pantera, were bad.
They do have impulse problems, there is no doubt about that.

That too. Other than her life as a superhero, it can be argued that her marrying Rodolfo was part of that addiction in some way or another; it sounds dark and horrible but in some way I can see that happening. While they both have problems in their own right, Rodolfo was sort of a victim of hers in a way.

That is also true. She's more arrogant than he is. Rodolfo has an ego too but his problem is really having to accept that Manny will be his own hero with his own rules or simply become a villain instead of a hero; that's one of the ways I think his character could have been improved in the show.

To be fair, other than him being a villain, we don't know that much about how he raised Rodolfo; but it is indicated that he loves his son. Also, there is really nothing I would change about him

That's something that is a low blow, but I think in Eye Caramaba it's implied that he's sorry. Besides, in the world of supervilains if not him she probably would have done the same; I wouldn't rule that out in any way.

It is weird in some way, but then again I bet its a family attraction to the Rivera men that runs in the Aves family or something like that. I even did a little something about that in a fanfiction that and I may do a little more on that in my Villainverse story in some way.

On fanfiction; I go by Phantomwriter there. I'm working on the Villainverse stories at the moment, even though I kind of took a break to write on fimfiction under a different name. Villainverse is where El Tigre does become a supervillain in the end; Frida becomes one too.

No, I haven't. I don't normally go out and watch animated movies in theaters anymore; I usually wait for them to come out on dvd or just look up what happened.
