I think it all looks good, but the belt puzzles me - the lower edge seems to line up exactly with the lower edge of her shirt. It would improve the illusion of a buckle it went slightly above or below the shirt. Apart from that: assassins FTW

All in all pretty good, I like face alot.
I think that the breasts appear a bit big do to how the cloth continues down and the shadowing on her left one, it makes it look like its giant, unless you zoom in and look at her right one where you can see they are normal sized. Perhaps making the cloth slightly translucent so one can see the shadows and outlines, this might help with the illusion.
Other than that the close arm seems a bit off, I think its the proportions that one will get at a glance. The cloth being translucent could help one locate where her arm starts better, as it provides the appearance that her chest is wider and upper arm shorter than should be. The best way to fix this though would be to tweak the colors of her arms shadow at her inner elbow. It all looks a bit off with the shadows colors and this hinders ones view of where her lower and upper arms meet, interfering with ones understanding of proportions as a result.
Most of this like the proportions if good upon closer inspection, however at a glance or upon initial viewing it seems a bit odd. Being concept art that initial impression is very important. As far as tweaks to the way it was drawn, a slight angle of shrinking where the upper arm meets the elbow, help separate even when not in the best light, and the cloth covering her left breast could be changed so it curves around her chest slightly closer to the viewer and shows itself being pulled taught under it a bit more, this would help also with the aforementioned issues.
All in all quite nice, better than I can do, I can never get my proportions right from one part to the other, and every detail that's off stands out to me. Keep it, love your work
