Now this is just awesome.
Imagine this this Demon is attacking a village. A desperate guy is trying to defend his wife and child. He grabs a sword and hides his family. The Demon comes toward him and he counters it with his sword. The Demon blasts him with fire while the wife and her baby are cowering in the corner. The Demon continues on its way to them. Suddenly, the blazed bones of the fallen man come back to form. Out of shear will and love for his family he comes to stop the Demon and tell him; "You Will NOT Take My Family!"

This is awesome! I like the concept of the pic. The two creatures, fighting each other and the mother (?) with her child. It looks dramaticly and more important: it tells a story.
I think it's worth to continue it! Even I don't know, what you wanna change

I like it.
The necromancer kills her husband who was protecting her, raising him as undead, and commands the dead man to kill his wife. The undead has a love stronger than death, or an iron will; he instead turns to again defend his wife against the necromancer.
