Description
NS Southern Heritage engine 8099 leading ethanol train U ELUCXY0 28T towards Western Ave to interchange with CSX, as an Metra BNSF train passes by racing east towards Chicago.
I would had missed this train if I was on the other side of the tracks.

To bad that train was blocking the lite side but still a good shot!

That's why I try to stay on the north side of the racetrack by main 1...I sacrifice light but less likely to get blocked and the angle is better. I told you how that autorack blundered right in front of a CN led gon train because I thought I'd be clever and go to the South side by main 3.

I just thought that maybe if you knew you weren't going to get blocked by an on coming train you may want to try and get on the lite side. That is what I do! Radios really come in handy!
