Description
Bio: Once the owner the Acme Construction Company in Citiesville, he was a proud foreman involved in every construction project and city repairs until an accident occurred at a construction site where he started a bulldozer that charged at full speed and picked up crates of dynamite that blew up the supports a half built high rise with construction workers on it as crane operators got frightened and swung their cranes around which got on the beams pulling them down. Super Cat and the Titans showed up just in time to everyone on site, but unfortunately there was no time to save Bob Grimshaw as he was piled under the wreckage which the team hurried to save him. They managed to pull him out as every bone in his body was broken resulting in the loss of his hands. Soon as he recovered, he was terminated from his job as he was the cause of the accident. Humiliated, Bob wanted to exact revenge on the heroes and the city itself, but didn’t know how. He later seek employment at DOOMFORCE where he was given robot hands that can transform into tools. Now that he was given a crew and some weapons based construction equipment, he became a powerful supervillain specialising in bank robberies, terrorising and other criminal activities whose ambition is to destroy Citiesville and the Titans of Justice.
