Been trying to find excuses to keep going with stuff. Here's my go at a Doom Cover, inspired and after the original artwork from the game, with a few liberties of course. Also went nuts with the india ink again. Slowly getting over my paranoia of spilling the damn thing. I was initially hesitant to start inking this but then said fuck it and went for it. If i'm going to fuck it up, i'm going to fuck it up. This is like the 3rd time i've tried to go at this india ink thing. Trying to get the hang of using a brush. There's always a fear in the back of my mind of wrecking the work. But you know, i'm glad I got the inks out for this one

Always thought this was a rad cover back in the day when this game came out. Tried to keep some of that essence, but throw in my 0.02 you know?

Zebra 0.7mm HB pencil

Sharpie liner (fine, medium) for lines

India ink w/brushes for dark spots

Sharpie paint pen (white, fine tip, water based) for highlights
