I almost forgot to upload this little silly thing.So there is this 3DS videogame called "New Art Academy". I bought the original Art Academy for my DSi, and it was a pretty good program. It had the one and only issue that taking the files out of the game was a pain in the ass to do. I saw this new version for just 9,95€ in the store, so I bought it hoping they had added new things in it and fixed the file extracting problem.
While they actually added a few more things that make the whole thing a really enjoyable experience, taking the drawings out is still a pain in the ass. If you save your drawing into the game's portfolio they will be forever stuck in there. You have to export them to the Photos folder of your 3DS, then take the SD card and transfer them to your PC. That's a bit of faffing about, don't you think?
Well, that problem aside I think New Art Academy is a really good game...application...program...thing. It has a good amount of tools, an amazing color palette, and I love the texture of the papers and the stroke simulation of the different tools. That little picture was like ten minutes or so just scribbling, I wonder what some lengthier work can end up giving. If you have the chance to get it, do so, it's really worth the price with its arrange of tools.

As much as I wanted to get some real use out of Art Academy, I just couldn't stay dedicated enough to stick with it. My art skills are too firmly set in story writing than drawing.
