Appearance:
Kozue's human form is seen as a green and yellow haired teen that's a tad on the chubby side. Whenever someone asks about his hair he explains it with hair dye and his yellow eyes with contacts. He tends to stand at about 5' 8” and usually having a slouched calm posture.
Personals

Personality:
To friends and those that meet Kozue he's usually always happy-going and eager. Though sometimes his optimism is a bit over bearing to some. He tends to push negative things away and if a friend is sad he will pull them into doing something he deems is fun happy activity. At times though he whines when the Maractus thinks things are going to slow or he feels it's boring. Occasionally though someone will find him zoning out in thought. It happens now and then.

History:
Kozue was given away when he was an egg to a young trainer as a birthday gift. The girl was pleased at first and raised him until he hatched. To her surprise she hatched a small Maractus. At first the girl was excited to have her very first Pokemon. For a few years they two played and battled until his trainer seemed to grow out of training. His trainer said her goodbyes wishing him a happier life with other trainers.
Eventually his trade landed him in Kalos region. After many trades, Kozue ran off from the trainer and settled outside of Lumiose. Excited with the new place the Maractus ran around finding all he could have wanted to find. A few times he found himself curious about the technology of this region. A lot of times he would break personal bubbles and watch as they played with their tech toys. Other times he would watch the flower shop that caught his eye.
After a while Kozue wanted more than anything to sneak into human life and do all the things they could. [Insert part of your world here] He always heard of some Pokemon that had a device that could change them into a “human form.” Excited, Kozue ran around the city searching for this device. He finally bumped into someone who could get him one the cactus pokemon was, needless to say, very excited.
Now Kozue runs around in his human form any time he can. He works at his favorite flower shop and is usually running around having fun with whoever he can find. Although, sometimes he sits around in benches wondering if his original trainer is happy.

Extras:
He really loves sweets. If you wanted to you could probably bribe him with that.
One thing Kozue dislikes is too much conflict, especially, within friends.
When he's not at work Kozue likes going to the arcade to play games.
Something calming to him is planting new flowers around town when he's able to.

Kozue sighed as his eye met someone particular. “Hey! There you are!” he chimed cheerful as ever, “What have you been up too?” His mood seemed to perk up a lot at the sight of this familiar face.
