Description
Presenting my version of Number C107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon, from the most recent episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal II. This card's def is unknown. So, I made it the same as Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon. Please enjoy.
Here is this card's effects:
3 Level 9 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; until the end of this turn, negate the effects of all other face-up cards currently on the field, also your opponent cannot activate cards or effects. If this card has " Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect.
● You can Tribute 2 monsters; this card can make up to 3 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase this turn.
Update: Since this card is going to be released in Primal Origins, I thought I might give this card an update. It's effects have changed. Please enjoy.

Yes, but none of my cards are real. I buy relatively cheap fake cards on which i stick printed proxies. Anyway, I like cards that depicts angels and fallen angels, that's why i'd like to add C102 to my collection

I made a Hunder-Galaxy deck capable of good draws with Starliege Paladynamo, it can easily gather monsters for C107's rank-up effect. However, my opponent needs to have at least 3 monsters on the field for me to make good usage of this effect (I don't think this card can directly if my opponent runs out of monsters, even if it used less than 2 attacks by its effect)

I doubt it Number C107 will have this effect when it comes into the print. It's way too powerful. But then, this is Konami we're talking about.

Well Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon is slightly harder to bring out than most Number 10X numbers, so maybe they'll nerf this card only slightly before making an actual real life print. Here's to hoping The Seventh One doesn't see the light of day though...
