If you haven't been keeping up with what's goin on in the Marvel Universe....
Norman Osborn, former director of the Thunderbolts, is now in charge of H.A.M.M.E.R. after he disbanded S.H.I.E.L.D. and outlawed any superheroes that are against him. Including Tony Stark, who took the fall for the Secret Invasion. Norman Osborn is now wearing the Iron Patriot armor and leading a new roster of Dark Avengers comprised (mostly) of former Thunderbolts, including Mac "Venom" Gargan as Dark Spiderman, Bullseye as Dark Hawkeye, Daken (wolverine's son.... yes... Logan had sex) as the Dark Wolverine, Moonstone as the Dark Ms Marvel, Sentry and Ares.

I recolored this second printing cover of Dark Avengers #1, but didn't change much.
did a spectacular job with the colors on the original and I really wouldn't have done much different myself if I had done the original. I did change Daken's costume a bit, and changed the background. I loved the first printing cover with the lightning so much I wanted to bring it back for this version.
