This will be a series of challenges to me in which I will propose new changes to state flags for the United States of America. My main focus will be the infamous "Blue Banner and Seal" flags that are almost impossible to distinguish from one another at a glance. I will make an initial proposal and then would like to ask for anyone viewing to comment down below what aspects you like and/or what you want changed/removed/added, etc. If this is your state flag, then your efforts in this will be most helpful.

Taking on the suggestions from Markety, there is little changed from the original flag I designed, save for cleaning up the sunlight across the black hills, and most notably the addition of the Red and White Lakota symbol in the center of the sun. Thank you to Markety for their suggestion and I hope it is a better flag for it.
