I love how you did the ears, they look really good. :3
The tail, is detailed just enough, and it's just the right length to not look too long. The muzzle looks good, but, I might suggest connecting the eye to part of the muzzle, like, when you look at a picture like This: [link] you notice how the dog in the middle, it's eye looks like it's on a loop kinda. if you still don't get it, I can show you some art other people did that will show you what I meant. :3 And, your paws. i know that paws are a small deatil, but trust me, people notice them. :3
Your paws are pretty good, but if you are striving for realism, I would suggest making your paws look less bubbly, if you know what I mean. :3
And paint him cloud, the shades fit. x3
