More playing with Blender 2.5. Mostly doing the equivalent of doodling in 3d.Throw in a Nasa photo of Cygnus for a backdrop, photoshop in some color and poof, you get this.
Good for a 720p Wallpaper if you want it. I would go back and make it 1080p, but if I don't get some sleep soon, I'm going to wake up with an impression of my keyboard on my face.

Thanks. That's a result of my having put about 3+ weeks of effort into making a mod for a PC game called Sword of the Stars.
Due to the way that game handles ship construction, each vessel here is comprised of three sections. And because these ships belong to one of the smallest classes, I thought it would be more than a little helpful to have them be clearly distinguished from each other so you could zoom out and still tell what's what.
I have over ten sections total, but I'm not happy with most of them, hence why only seven are seen here. Even then, I'm not very happy with the two front sections of the ship on the left. Still, needed to plug that hole with something
