Description
While I was in Key Largo I visited a special zoo. Very few of their animals are long term. In fact, most of them came from the wild. This zoo was an incredible place and though it was small it had amazing collection of animals. In fact, there were a lot of pelicans and cranes who chose to remain there or come back for visits! This little guy had been caught in one of Florida's storms. The wind had thrown him to the ground cracking his leg. He recovered but he is going to be one of their long-term inhabitants due to the fact that his leg healed badly.
