Geez... i made a fairly decent Team Aqua outfit. I customized it to be a hairband and go with either a black tank or a black and white shirt. Pants with the circles too. ^^

Uh, no not really. It just took a little ingenuity and and a few tries. I went to a craft store and bought some Styrofoam eggs. Cut them in half and carved out the details. Smoothed it the best I could then I painted it and once that dried, I applied a gloss. I attached a pin to the back of it so I could fasten it to things.
