Wonderful, I really like the calm and relaxed pose. I like that he is holding his hair-pins (I guess that´s them? I would have made them a bit bigger, otherwise they look fine).
The colouration is nice, not too over-the-top but still more detailed than the anime-one. The hair is nice too, I like how thick and smooth it looks
