I made it and colored in color markers. This was supposed my entry in the coming HTDM contest, but I made it another, so I'd like to share with it.

The mouth is cute. I try to work on the 4 cute factors for Anime Girls
1: The Nose.
The nose can be one of 4 ways. Just a dot at the edge. A line to the edge. A shadow, or the origanal type where in goes down then curves up slighly, then goes back down to the bottom. There are more, but not for cuteness.
2: The Eyes.
The eyes can be in one of 2 positions. They can be seriously far apart for a cute look. Or they can be in their normal spot. If they are to be super cute, they should have super detail in the shines, and rings in the iris and pupil. The Eye lid (when closed) should nave details, but study about how they should look, otherwise they'll look like crap! I have made that mistake. And thick eyelasshes. but only for certain characters. Not all.
3: The Mouth.
The mouth should have an angle of the camera, at which the mouth will look even more cuter, because you can see the dip the front lip makes more clearly at a low right or left angle. The mouth when sad should be small. If happy it should have one or two cat fangs, If there is only one, it has to be on the side at which you are looking at. But if you only have on cat fang at a strait-on view, have it on the left. And when happy, the mouth should have a very cute line form of it's own. For a good refrence, look at Trademark picutres of "Lina Inverse", from "SLAYERS". She has a cute triangular mouth with one fang in the left side.
4: The Body, and Breasts.
Now the body can be one of two ways, for cuteness. It can be normal, gangly, with long legs, small but size 3-4 (Normal size) out of 10 breasts. And spicky short, or flippy long hair. Or it could be the slightly on the puggyside, full of mustle with cute legs, (Short shorts, or hot pants.) Floppy shirt, revealing the perkyness of her breasts. Or a normal shirt with size 4 breasts. I like outfits for girls that have either no sleaves, tiny straps, or no straps at all and the shirt or dress, is just hanging by the boobs. But I'm not trying to sound like a pervert here. I'm saying this is my thoughts on the criteria that cute girl characters should have. There are others. So if you read this, you like it. And you want to hear more.
Just ask.
Now if you get to Bikinis, I've only been successful once with that. And it's the one on my front page for the "Deviation of the week" or what ever it is.
But I'd say, to be cute you don't want to put her in a thong. Thongs are for big burly women who are, you know. But for Cute, young, between 12-15.5 maybe 16, you want triangular Bikinis. with bow ties for the bottom piece that hang off. That's a cute trademark. And flip flops, Oooooo...ho...ho..ho! Those thing make me go jittery all the time. Especialy when they have flowers in the middle. Now that is especially cute. I preferably like them Pink or Robins Egg Blue. Maybe Yellow. And I'd say the sexiest, cute Bikinis colors would have to be Yellow, with a Pink crimped trim all around the top and bottom piece.

I'll tell you one thing, I like the shirt and the jeans. but the angle is too overboard I think, and are those Pink gloves or is she wearing those cut off sleave things with a secure strap at the rist. Because if that's what those are, than I like them too.
