Shading-wise, this drawing is fine. Colour-wise, it's also fine. It's a fine drawing.
My biggest problem is the head of the girl, it looks to have less details than the rest of the drawing. I get that for these foot fetish drawings, the feet should be the most detailed part, but from the neck up, it seems like the drawing gets too simplified.
Also, you should place a Mature lable on your fetish artwork. I know you probably want more exposure and the best way to do that is to have it off, but fetishes are sexual/erotic in nature, and thus should be under this category.
