this is an incredible shot! really unusual. i love the way you can make out the detail of the markings on the wings; the 'eyes' look incredibly realistic. the angle is very nice too, and unusual in butterfly photos.
the fairly simplistic background makes it stand out even more, i love the way you can make out the tiny hairs on the body and antennae. the only thing i would say is that i really wish the watermark wasn't there; it kinda ruins the effect, but obviously i understand why you need it; with such a beautiful piece someone might be tempted to nick it :/
nevertheless, i love this! but i don't know the name of the butterfly unfortunately
