She will post all of the Utau Chibi's on her page when she finishes them all (she dosn't want to spam her gallery with chibi's)

She was clear about having the Utau information posted when the chibi goes up but if for some reason this bothers you then you can give a wiki link (or link where they can get the VB) if you don't want that then you need to save your chibi and it will be omited from the project.

The point of the project is to have a workable list of utau's that can be used, so no private utau's. you can sign up still by sending her a message, there will also be popular utau's added but they will link to a wiki and OFFICIAL youtube and DA(if aplicable) only.
