Description
The grass is getting taller daily, and my knee is well enough to get around on the spot.Location: North arm of the Fraser River, Beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
Equipment: Nikon D90 + Tokina 11-16mm.
Technique: Photomatix Pro 4.0 and Photoshop CS5 from 3 RAW exposures.

It takes me awhile to get a feel for a photo.. especially sunsets. Sunsets are inherently time stopping. They bring to life all the expansive environmental qualities that potential hints of. To say they are attractive photographically is an understatement. Take this photo for instance.. note the depth, color, topography, combined with the reflective waters that encourage liveliness (all due to the provision of the sunset). Note the complimentary lighting effects the clouds provide. This is of course a great shot. I could get into the photographic nuances that accentuate the details of this sunset, in this photo that was masterfully taken by IvanAndreevich. But, who am I (no melo-drama intended)? I'm no expert, I'm just someone who is taken to a wonderful place when I view this shot of a timeless sunset. I wish I was there.
