If you mean by his "debut" then he's not entirely new. I created him all the way back to my earlier years and he's probably one of my first characters that I use to draw. Now he's making a comeback and he'll possibly be part of my own set of OCs.

To ruffle up some feathers, his name is Billy, Billy the Bird. Not to be confused for a certain real person who shares the same name with him consisting of these said two words sans "the."

He's a blue bird who's an outgoing and friendly buddy, though he can be a bit of a silly fella and tends to be awkward hence he might be "bird-brained." He also seems to have a tough demeanor and he's always determined to help anyone out and make things better. And regardless about the one above, he can be quite reckless of his actions as he's likely not that careful.

He can fly swiftly with his wings so he can able to do and finish anything in time without hesitating even on the ground. Despite his personality, I bet he can be pretty likable by any who wants to knew this avian.

What do you think of one of my earliest OCs, which is this bird along with Nora? And regarding about the latter, would the two ever meet eye to eye as he flew over?

I don't know, but let's see about it. Sure that he has some potential, but I really want to bring out more about him. As of now, this is just a recent piece of art for today; I hope you enjoy.
