It makes you wonder what this debriefing is for.
These two young ladies are definitely serving as members of some organization though I don't know what.
The vessel is a very small glider jet with no visible weapons placements so it can't be a military vehicle. Perhaps it is used for policing or some other civil service like maybe traffic control or search and rescue. (But the uniform looks best for policing over any rescue mission.)

Had to translate from japanese to english through google translate. It seems she is in the post office delivery service and gliders are an effective means of travel in this world. So it is definitely civil. It's not too unrealistic actually.
I never did say much about this being a perfect world with no conflict. I was simply wondering what role the vehicle and characters had because in every story important characters and settings all have their roles. But you're welcome that I made you grin a bit. I always did like to look into things and how things would work in fantasy worlds.
