Tsuna from Katekyo Hitman Reborn~
or, rather,
some kid cosplaying Tsuna (this drawing looks nothing like Tsuna *cough*)

I had a lot of trouble/fun (yes, both XD) drawing the hair. It took me a few tries before I got those spikes right )

~~Like 80% of my gallery (lol), I'm uploading yet again another fanwork which I hardly knows about *gets shot* I do have the KHR manga in my files though- so I'll go read it soon~~

EDIT : I have read KHR now (and officially jumped on the bandwagon? ) and the spikes here looks totally wrong to me o_O
