Description
My first try at photorealism on the computer, how nice that oekaki was the lucky medium to receive this title. However, my eyes hurt and I can't focus now. This picture took way too long, and I couldn't even get it to look like him. This was actually the second attempt because internet explorer fucking DIED in the middle, and I had to start all over. *grumble* Well, hope it doesn't have the same effect on -your- eyes.

I thought for a first attempt at photo realism on a com, this was damn well done XD I can never get my pictures to even look decently human XD The shadows on his face really accentuates the cheeks instead of it being just a flat white thing, so this is really good ^^b

What is great about this is that there are so many imperfections in the face to make it seem more real... a slight crookedness in the nose... strangly pursed lips. It shows character without looking like a spitting image of a beautiful icon.
