hahahaha I know it's a show. At the beginning the creators thought the main pairing would be Zutara, but before they started the work it was decided to be Kataang, just because Aang, as main character, was meant to be with his true love. There are some clues about a a Zutara ship in 2nd and 3rd seasons.That's because I said that thing about blushing

Blushing is not about it. As I said, if they would say the same thing for Aang, Haru, even Sokka the same thing would happen.
Where did you read about that? I watched an interview (in the middle of season 1)they asked Mike and Bryan about Zutara. They replied "It would be something like Appa and Momo romance" and laught. I don't think they thought about Zutara. If they did, why would they make Aang in love with Katara? It would be a terrible ending for that show.
If you are looking for blushing, you can see it in season 2. Katara had a smile and blush when she is talking with Aang about kissing. Of course she blushes when she looks at Aang in the final episode.

They decided Aang to be with her because he is the hero of the story and Katara is the most important person to him. It would also be weird 4 a kids show that the protagonist didn't reach all his aims at the end.
I'm sorry to not remember where I read that, but the original idea was Katara and Zuko, but not the "zutara ship" concept fans are used to.

Also Aang is ver important for Katara too. We know she loves him so much. It's not like passion, it's something bigger. Their love is so pure that I love them so much.
