Full Description:
The XM87E1 is an experimental model of Canis's classic M84 rifle. Rather than firing the typical 5.56x45mm NATO, this originally fired a short .50 caliber cartridge (specified as 12.7x40mm). However, it's been recently discovered that this weapon can also fire the modern 12.7x42mm with no modifications and no consequences. This weapon also features a shorter stock with a comfort pad, a shorter barrel, and a new two-round burst selector switch. It also has a unique Quick-Detach sight similar to the original M84's, but this sight also includes one of the first instances of picatinny rail. This weapon was mainly meant for door-breaching and close-quarters combat, hence the two-round burst functionality.
