I do the connected parallel thing a lot, don't I?Inspired by Lilyayl's fanfic fanfic Thirteen Ways of Looking at a Relationship .
A secret: he can no longer fall asleep without her. When he goes to conferences he takes a kitten she built for him in a mall, dressed in tiny pajamas sewn from scraps of her old clothes.
Another secret: When he is gone, she falls to sleep listening to tapes of his lectures. She has the one about the gravity of black holes memorized.
Yes, I drew a Hello Kitty instead of a regular kitten, I couldn't resist :3

I saw the episode where Sheldon gets locked out of his apartment so he sleeps over at Pennys but then he can't sleep, gets "home sick" and askes her to sing him that Kitty song. It was so adorable.

I don't ship Penny/Sheldon(actually I agree with the mitosis theory more than anything) but this is still awesome and adoreable. Sheldon 'unoficially' has something called Asperger's Syndrome, and so does my brother. He plays it very well, and Leonard reminds me a lot of my husband. So yay!

I, for one, think the show has far too many hints to ignore that Penny and Sheldon will end up together.
You've done a nice job of portraying the live action characters as illustrations. That's really hard to do. And I could totally see the writers of the show pushing something like this, where she secretly listens to his lectures. (Again, a last season/episode revelation, though.)
