Number 7 is probably the most balanced sword of the bunch, that is the least likely to cause you some kind of injury. Like stabbing yourself with spikes.

Love #3. It looks rugged, but sleek at the same time! Love the hook on it. Also the handle on #8 is very exquisite.

They haven't been criticized by HEMA snobs yet? Skallagrim would tear these swords apart.

I like the fifth one. It gives off a steampunk vibe.
May I draw it with one of my characters? I'll give you credit.

Tbh, though, seriously, number 5's handguard with the saw chunk would hurt the user-

Nice work. Simple and with detail. I am going to try and create one of your swords in 3d I am still learning so I am not 100% great at this art yet.

Have you ever played a videogame called Drakengard? It's a swordfighting/dragon-riding game, where you play as a hero named Caim. It has a lot of weapons, and your sword drawings would fall under the "Longsword" category. I bring it up because on this image, sword #7 looks almost identical to Caim's personal sword, which is the weapon you start the game with, and even though it's not the strongest weapon in the game, in my mind it's definitely the most reliable weapon in the game.

Well, that sucks, because you've missed out on a VERY good title from Square Enix. It was available on the Playstation 2, and it might still be available on some place like Amazon, Gamestop, or Ebay.

1, 6 and 8 this time. Bush hooks are awesome and in a fight, instead of pushing you back and/or cutting down your front like blades that curve away from the cut (to improve slashing), this one would stagger the enemy, either pulling them around or into the ground when the hook side digs into the back of, lets say their shoulder, so not only are they bleeding, but they're on the ground where you can swing the bush hook tip into their neck and maybe stab a jugular from the side. May be good against shields too. 6 makes me think of a feather shaped sword, which is cool. I could see Naruto or someone else from Konoha using it, since the tip design resembles Konoha's leaf swirl design, and the kunai-handle wouldn't be that new for whoever uses it. Very interesting, especially if the main 'white' part is sharpened so there's a small bit of double-edge quality near the tip. Widow-Maker is just awesome. It's like Rebellion meets Yamato in demonic union, given the tip and the handle. And the base of the blade/hilt is pretty wicked too: imagine getting impaled to that point, or locking blades and having that jabbed in around your locked blades. Ouch.

8 is my personal favorite, because of how intricate it looks.
thanks a bunch. I enjoy designing swords with functionality more than looks
