lol, kyouji isn't really badass... he's more of a cocky snot. but i was still drawing from the theme of my last picture. lol. And no, not all of the characters in MOI have a blue theme. The main characters just happen to be Isshin... and all Isshin have blue hair/blue eyes. So far, the two characters that aren't blue are Yukio's mother, Hana, and a character that comes into chapter 3... Amai.
