I've wanted to paint this for years -ever since I got the idea. It's not exactly what I wanted (there's one layer of symbolism that I wanted to add but would have looked butt ugly with how the slashes turned out), which means I'll probably try another rendition of it at some point. It's okay. This thing looks goood.Oh, also: each layer of colour means something. Can you guess the story of this painting?
