the dragonfly was actually one of the first things I saw, but they are one of my symbols/animals so I immediately had the "oooo... I want a piece of jewelry like that" reaction. the shading, texturing, and technical aspects of the image are very well developed. the entire composition is very aesthetically pleasing. kudos!

Thank you! The picture was originally a present for someone who counted dragonfly as one of her symbols too, so I'm glad it appeals to you, too.

oooh, featheries are fun to draw once you get the hang of them, but the only thing is, they're difficult to get the hang of!

yeah, I was really surprised myself when I finished the picture! I was just experimenting with different colouring, and trying out this amazing tutorial [link] - You should try it, too - it's quite time consuming, but really easy!

Now I am ready to say something although I have the feeling that nothing that i will say will be, in any way, close to what I wish I could. It is not easy to know where to start when there are so many wonderful details in here that I feel so connected with, so powerful and wonderful is this piece of Art. My three animals: the owl, the wolf and the dragonfly, it is all in there. The tiara is breathtaking, I wish I had one like that Have you created it yourself? The dragonfly is so well hidden and, yet, it is in the best place possible. Those shades of purple and lilac, which are my favourite colours, also stand out to show us the perfection of this work.
And the celtic symbols, you have chosen my favourite ever, the triskel. I have such a passion for that symbol that when I see one I cannot prevent but to stare at ir for quite some time, it is almost like a beautiful obsession to look to something beautiful and with a powerful meaning.
My dear, I do not know how to thank you, this has truly changed my day, making it a wonderful one. Sometimes there are actions that transform our sadness in something light and free and happy, this is how I am feeling right now: light, free and happy. My heart is so cheerful that it beats repeatedly in a very strange beat.
I will be forever thankful.
I still don't believe this is true.

Thank you for the wonderful words! I rejoice at the thought that I made you happy with my art, at least for one day! Yes, the tiara is totally a fuit of my imagination - I love drawing interesting pieces of jewellery, although I'm nowhere as good at it as ~PippinIncarnate for example...
