A long overdue drawing for Sorry for the wait D:I don't have much time lately so this took many little sessions of drawing...
I just realized that this is the first time I draw this character, as much as I love him

It's just the normal Photoshop soft brush, and then me playing with adjustment layers and the 'Curves' tab

You can't really use 'chato' for flat in this case. It only works for noses or faces
In this case you'd say '

You're right, it does look burned! But it's actually just a soft brush and then me playing (for too long) with the Adjustment layers and the 'Curves' thingy. It does some really weird stuff of inverting colors and contrast
