Description
The internet at the hotel I stayed at sucked so hard I couldn't even load google.com 90% of the time. My plans of cracking out on Tera and netflix every night were crushed so I was forced to work on this.I also came up with some ideas for more LoL custom designs that I'll get started on asap.

I use the default brush tool in sai for the lines. The rest of it is photoshop.
I'm actually working on a line art tutorial right now. I can send you a link when it's done if you'd like.
