Sorry for my absence but I ran into some computer problems and my graphics card was malfunctioning. Lucky I have a guarantee on my graphic card but it will take some time to get back so in the mean time I have to use a weaker graphic card but at lest it works.

Okay I have been working on some new designs for my portfolio and for some art competitions. This was first a quick sketch of the muscle structure of the male body but I really like the hand jester and decided to incorporate into one of portfolio and competition illustrations. I started to think about the grim reaper candleholder and metal coffee cup that I have standing on my work deck. I thought that this would be a good concept for Zeanu competition for a design of a hazard suit. The cylinders of the arms and back act as storage compartments and also air filters that supply oxygen straight to vital organs. Since the suit doses not have heavy armour I made sure that a person can easy disguise themselves with camouflage or civilian clothes.

The colouring I had a lot of fun with and tried to put a more artistic feel into the image. Once again I couldn’t think of much for the background but I did add in an artistic artwork in background to make the picture more interesting.

I was thinking of going to the print shop and printing out this image on an A1 poster to see how my images would come out on a bigger scale. Hopefully it wont cost too much.
