thanks for the wonderful comment! i think i adjusted it in f4 that's why it become hexagonal and i was so happy with the result even the subject is too noisy. I just got that lens yesterday and the dslr last week. it's all trial and error.

Well, still. it is a really great photo - also what setting on a DSLR as in Aperture / shutter speed do you need it on for a Bokah - I've been trying for ages and can't get it right

i think i used this settings:
Aperture: f4 (hexagonal), if f1.4 it will be a round bokeh (in my camera)
Shutter speed: 1/40 because it's night and i don't have something to light my subject
ISO: 400 or 800
focal length: 50mm
