I may took this prompt a different way I should have. Is this even can be counted as gen 5? I hope cos I had a lot of fun with it, even with the backstory.

So this is it:

Setup:
In G5 the Mane 6 are normal, everyday ponies in the human world.
Twilight a young pony sent to an animal sanctuary, where she meets the rest of the Mane 6. After founding a weird purple lizard, she founds out there an other world of magic and fanatasy. A world she and her friends came from, but don't remember (kinda like they reincarnated to our world). Slowly the other world with it's magic and evil slips into our world and it's up to Twilight and her friends to protect it.
Imagine something like MLPxmagical girl show, with transformation and stuff. My made up title for it is 'My Little Pony: The Magic Inside'.

Fluttershy in it:
Fluttershy previous was an old lady, who kept her as a house pet with her dogs, cats and birds. Because of that she never socialized with other ponies, so she's shy and awkward around the other members of the Mane 6. She found a place of confort after she befriended a snake. Little she know it was Discord, the chaos dragon from the other world, who for his punishment was locked in the body of a snake. While his planing his relase and revange, he also ends up caring for the shy pony.
