Whitney had a metal mask as Madame Masque, but no she never had a full suit. Pepper, however, did eventually get some Rescue armor, making Team Iron Man complete.

It takes the teen Tony Stark concept that was used in the comics and gives it its own universe to play in. Good cell-shaded animation, and a complete reboot of the major characters design-wise.

Madame Masque was more of a villainess (or at least an anti-heroine) than anything else, the Whitney Stane above looks more in league with the good guys.
