Well, it's the democrats turn to show how dirty they can be. Shoe's on the other foot.

You should try to enhance it in photoshop, I think it can use some contrast.

Great! And brave, wow! I've seen a vegetarian get torn up on this site; I've also seen a feminist get torn up, but from what I can see on this first page, you've managed to avoid that so far. Great work!

Thank you for painting this and making a statement. The meaning in this piece and the symbolism just make it taking a good long look at.

i love that u put so many little symbols, it adds so much. i never knew owls to represent anything demeaning, very interesting. and the painting within a painting? i always love that. the look in their faces may be the best part, altho that noose (i think?) is chilling. the whole thing is really macabre, which i also always love
i could go, it's a great piece! congrats on the dd!

Great painting! It's incredible how much detail and symbolism you fit inside. Couple of questions though: What makes you think the Republicans cheated in the last election? And so what if Bush talks about God? It's not an "excuse" for going to war. We went to war to protect our freedom and security. (911 ring a bell?)

Well, that's one way of looking at it, but for one thing, the US is currently at war with Iraq - a country that was not responsible for 911. As the official story goes, it was Afghanistan. In the other way of looking at it, there are some serious doubts about whether Islamist extremists were responsible for 911 at all. Some people believe the US government turned on its own citizens just to get its people riled up enough to go to war. That kind of thing is called a false flag operation and has happened throughout history. I'm not saying this is what the Republicans did, but they may have, and that would make them truly dirty.

I;m sorry, but we're not at war with Iraq: we're at war with the Islamic extremists who are blowing up their own people in the name of Allah. They will not stop until every American is either dead, or a Muslim. THAT'S why we're at war.
Why would we waste billions of dollars and young American lives just to go to war? We would gain NOTHING by doing that. There is no proof that our own government set up 911. However, there IS proof that terrorists did. Do remember in 1993 when terrorists attempted to bomb one of the Trade Towers? Or the other plane that got taken over by terrorists on 9/11 only to crash into a field after the passengers revolted. Think about it.

The same people who believe the US were responsible for 911 also believe they were responsible for the 1993 attack. [link] . Who knows what's true and what's not? But you should watch it and decide for yourself. Flight 93 was vaporized. There is no explanation for that. People from that very area have come out and said that none of them saw a plane crash. The coroners found no bodies, just a large hole. No plane crash has ever looked like that. Bankers loan those billions of dollars at interest; therefore, while the citizens have nothing to gain, the bankers have a lot to gain. Saddam was given his weapons by the US, so why would he attack them? As for the "weapons of mass destruction", they still haven't been found. There is no proof that any of those believed to be terrorists had anything to do with Saddam. Of the 19 hi-jackers, several have turned up alive, and the passport that was found...how is it that a plane is vaporized after hitting a building, but a passport flutters out unscathed? And what about building 7 which collapsed even though it wasn't hit by a plane? Who knows what really happened? But it's clear that, whoever the bad guys are in all of this, the US government is hiding a LOT from its people, and that again is pretty dirty. As a side note, I don't know if it was intentional, but you say Allah as if it's a different deity. Allah is the same god as the Christian god and the Judaic god. Three religions, one God.

Interesting way to depict what is happening in politics. That and I'm sure that tis may also be something that historians will look at years from as a means of learning about what has happened in what is now the present.

Besides a pice of artwork that's pretty doesn't have anywhere hear the power of a piece of artwork that's actually trying to say something. Your's is a piece that is saying something, and is doing a good job of it in the process.
