This is a scratchboard drawing of a scene from Return of the Living Dead in which one of my favorite zombies of all moviedom (the Tar Man, called as such because his flesh has become so rotten it drips black off of his body) turns to face the camera, overjoyed to see that a group of humans with fresh brains have just entered the basement.Unfortunately, due to the reflective nature of the scratch board, you get a bit too much shine on the piece that I haven't been able to effectively eliminate. Anyway, this one was done for my Methods and Materials class in Joe Kubert School

my parents let me watch this (and other scary movies) when i was very little and this movie i think is the freakiest ever because of the 'Tar Man.' I never knew he really was called that, i thought that was just what my mom called him. He still scares me as I have recently watched it and his eyes still gave me the heebee jeebees...
